Method
Pressure is the last resort, not the first
Most commercial facades should never see high pressure. Stucco chips, EIFS panels dent, mortar erodes, and water forced behind a wall system causes damage that appears months later as staining or worse.
We identify the substrate before anything is mixed, and reserve pressure for concrete and other surfaces that can genuinely take it. That is the single biggest difference between a contractor who helps a property and one who quietly damages it.
